For order that does not require extra shipping charge estimation (when order amount in a single order is equal to or over 800 HKD), please complete your bank transfer within one week after you receive our “order confirmation” email, and then notify us with an email of your completion of the bank transfer. We will start shipping within 2 business days after confirming the receipt of your transfer, and then notify you with a “shipment notification” email of our shipment.

2. For order that requires extra shipping charge estimation (if order amount is less than 800 HKD), we’ll make an estimation of your shipping charge according to product weight and dimension then quote you a shipping charge. Please complete your bank transfer within one week after you receive our “order with shipping charge confirmation” email, and then notify us with an email of your completion of the bank transfer. We will start shipping within 2 business days after confirming the receipt of your transfer, and then notify you with a “shipment notification” email of our shipment.
